Hey ya’ll! My name is Deb Brittan and my greatest joy comes in helping make dreams come true! My background in corporate training, ministry, crisis counseling, and motivational speaking provided a strong foundation when God opened the door to Real Estate in 2013. Within 5 short years I was blessed to be leading the number one team at the number one brokerage in Northwest Louisiana. Today, I am thrilled to be building again as I now serve buyers and sellers in the beautiful Sacramento Valley region of Northern California.
Known for my contagious enthusiasm, keen sense of humor, intense passion, and consuming desire to live every area of my life to bring Glory to God, I relish the opportunity to equip others to live the ABUNDANT life! My two children, Joshua Caleb and Ashley Grace are my greatest gifts and my incredible friends and real estate partners from all over the world are the icing on the cake! Denise Dooley Bailey
Hey there, hi there, ho there! My name is Denise Dooley Bailey. I just love how God works! With my vivacious personality, tenacity, and love for God, I was blessed with an amazing career in the title/escrow industry for 33 years that started right out of high school with First American Title.
I was a Title Officer, searching public county records back to the late 1800’s! I worked up to Senior Escrow Officer, working all types of transactions including commercial. I then served as Escrow Operations Manager in the Sierra Foothills Region (9 offices and 64 employees). Later, after relocating to the Greater Sacramento Region as Sales Manager, I jumped back into the field and quickly moved up to #1 Sales Rep in the Central California Region.
I am blessed with an amazing husband, John, who takes such great care of me and our family. We have 3 grown children, Anthony, Elyse and Peter, along with their families. I am a grandma already (called GiGi) to Alice, Ethan & Grayson – my favorite role and calling thus far!
I have always wanted to move over to the real estate side, but didn’t feel the timing was right. Yet, thanks to this amazing team and much prayer, I felt the time was right in 2022 and haven’t looked back! I am blessed to be at the table and looking forward to connecting with you soon!
Matthew Stewart
I am Matthew Stewart and am blessed to be a part of this amazing collaboration of sincerely compassionate and caring "world changers!!" I grew up in the real estate industry with my mother as the #1 agent in multiple counties during the late 80's and early 90's. I began my real estate career at 19 yrs old and continued to grow within the industry. With a mindset of getting out of the "trading time for dollars/transactional treadmill", I was open to leaving the big box brokerage in my mid 20's to another "upstart" brokerage that rewarded its agents for helping to grow the company. Recruiter of the Year followed in 2004, which led to me also becoming part owner in 3 real estate offices. At the same time I grew a production team to 7 agents and was in the top 5% of sales in the Greater Sacramento Region.
While growing in real estate, I was also growing in giving back to others throughout the community. I was a high school boys basketball coach winning 2 league titles and 55 games with a 42 game winning streak! I was later recruited to create the men's golf program for William Jessup University and served as their head coach for it's first five years. I also created an event called Artrageous that raised nearly $40,000 for the Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) programs of the city of Rocklin. My wife and I also lead Financial Peace University classes through our church - Bridgeway Christian Church. I am in love with Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior. My wife and I are madly in love and enjoy travel, food, friends, and blessing others lives!

Tom Daves

Summer belongs to road rides like Iowa Hill, French Meadows, Folsom Lake loop, or riding around Lake Tahoe. He continually challenges himself on one of the west’s premier cycling events “The Death Ride” from Markleeville he rides a grueling 129 miles, ascending over 16,000 feet!

Tom uses his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. He leads, trains, and motivates his team to communicate with you better than none.
